Resources include behavioral expression guidance, redirection strategies, targeted training lessons, stress-relief tools, and engaging activities such as music, games, and videos.

AlzBetter Coach also includes a friendly AI companion designed to provide conversation, engagement, and general educational support. The companion can discuss everyday topics, share stories, provide current weather and news, and help users stay socially engaged. It communicates in a patient, respectful, and approachable manner.
