2026-04-29	Da*****	I got the app upgrade and it removed all my stored beans (the loyalty program). I think I had like 25,000 or something (yes I’m a hoarder, don’t judge me). Now I’ve upgraded my app and they’re gone. Please bring my beans home. They’re alone and scared. Beans, if you’re reading this…I’ll always love you.

2025-06-13	ab*****	The locations screen freezes and you have to close out the app to get it to work again. Also the app doesn't really differentiate the two Lakewood locations, so be careful! It's easier to just use their website on your browser.

2024-09-21	Ri*****	I added to order and the app asked me to sign in. When I signed in, the order processed (without taking me to a check out screen), and I notice that a tip had automatically been added without ever giving me the option. This is a dishonest practice.

2024-08-06	te*****	Love this place but for some reason my loyalty rewards won’t work on coffee drinks anymore. I can still use the pre packaged coffee reward, but when I try to order a medium iced coffee the red “apply offers” tab won’t show up at checkout
