Tipping is added automatically without an option for the user.
Navigation/search difficulties and trouble using stored information (no easy sorting or saved-entry usage).

Updated the app and lost all my reward points! Looks like they switched to toast and wiped out my bean rewards!

I got the app upgrade and it removed all my stored beans (the loyalty program). I think I had like 25,000 or something (yes I’m a hoarder, don’t judge me). Now I’ve upgraded my app and they’re gone. Please bring my beans home. They’re alone and scared. Beans, if you’re reading this…I’ll always love you.
