FitEat Pro

The FitEat Pro app was developed for people following low glycemic index diets. It will be useful in the fight against obesity and in the prevention of diabetes.

Basic functions:

• Create meals based on a list of products. After creating a meal, you get information about the index and glycemic load of the meal, carbohydrate exchanger, protein-fat exchanger, information about the number of calories, the weight of the meal and the amount of values such as carbohydrates, fiber, protein, fat, sugar and cholesterol.
• Product Finder.
• We get a list of products that we can add to, modify or delete.
• The list of products displays information about the glycemic index, when you click on a product you get information about the nutritional values of the product such as vitamins, macronutrients and micronutrients.
• Sorting the list of products according to the selected ingredient.
• Keeping a weight log.
• Keeping a log of blood pressure measurements.
• Keeping a log of glucose measurements.
• List of products - purines.

• BMI, BMR, WHR and WtHR calculators.
• Insulin resistance: HOMA-IR and QUICKI calculator.
• Documentation of test results with photos.
