You HAVE to figure out how every single other health app allows you to listen to music while the app is open. I'm not going to go thru my prescribed 40 min workout to the sound of silence, punctuated by occasional voice prompts. Specifically, make this work with Spotify!!!

This app is a great idea to encourage PT home exercising but it can also be harmful! I had to keep login out and back in because if you pause the video it won’t it won’t open again. I started with my iPad so I could see the video, BUT the video won’t play on the iPad it goes in portrait mode only. Finally I installed the app on my iPhone 16 Plus, login okay and video fit the screen, but it was very small. The second issue I had was having to continuously keep my head turned to right to video viewing while doing the exercised, which caused more pain (head should not have been turned to the side. Which in turned cause me more stress while trying to do the exercises my PT provider gave me to do. ISSUES ENCOUNTERED 1. Video viewing size too small for use as a guide for proper exercise form 2. Login doesn’t always work properly to access video 3. Cell phone viewing screen is small and forces head to be turned to either left or right which in turn forces the patient to improperly preform the exercise. 4. Difficulty reviewing and reading exercise correct form, set count, etc on cell phone. 5. Senior Citizens usage and need for larger screen view was not taken into consideration when doing App development for cell phone only. SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENTS 1. Allow video format to be viewable in Tablet or laptop 2. Allow videos to be mirrored to TV screens. - allowing mirroring or tablets formats to be used will encourage PT patients to use the proper form for all exercise - ensures videos are clearly and correctly viewed thereby ensuring PT patients use the correct posture while performing exercises - ensures PT patients safety while ensuring home exercises when done correctly are in fact helping them achieve their goals set with the PT provider.
