Never lets me pay on time always something wrong with the app or “internet connection “.

Every time before I go to make a payment is asking me to select a choice of why my payment is past due. I don’t need to do that every time before going to make a payment. If there’s a way to remove that from being selected every time I would appreciate it to be removed, especially if I go in there the same week it is a waste of time
