Either commit to building a functional app or abandon it altogether. Leaving a completely broken app on the app store only serves to deceive and frustrate your paying customers. When people open a dental insurance app, they are usually at a clinic needing immediate access to their digital ID cards, claims, or coverage details. Instead, this app crashes, fails to load basic information, and refuses to function. If you aren't going to invest the resources to maintain it, pull it from the store entirely and direct users to your website. Forcing us to waste time downloading a useless, broken tool is a terrible customer experience.
