Payment processing crashes and transactions sometimes fail or are charged before failure; trying different cards or networks doesn't fix it.
Document upload limits (500 KB per image) and the flow often requires delays or re-uploading; users report that rest of documents are requested later.
Inconsistent renewal durations (1 year vs 2–3 years) causing confusion.
Missing features (can't check car VIN for accident reports; no option to upload a photo in bio data for family Iqama renewal).
App is slow and frequently crashes; navigation/steps changed from the old app causing confusion.

Recent reviews

Application for PCC “on hold” for needed documents. It doesn’t tell you which ones. Called Hukoomi, was informed. Uploading restricted to 500kb, look for shrinking app/site, charging cheapest 10 to 95 cents usd to convert per image. Size limit set too small for today’s needs. I uploaded one of the requested docs and the system says “application successful.” No way to upload more, only for them to come back a few days later and ask for the rest of the documents, who knows how long this process will drag on. Quite frustrating.
