2026-06-04	vj*****	Unhappy Car had a residue on right side that left the car and windows all smelled. Several customers had same complaint. Associate suggested to run car through again. Nothing changed. Car looked worse after the wash than before. I hope this issue is fixed before next visit. May go to another location to see if this can be resolved.

2026-06-02	As*****	The only thing I would like to change—is I would like to be able to pay my subscription a few days earlier than the renewal date. Not a big deal, but sometimes I’d like to go ahead so that the money is no longer showing in my acct. But I do love the app! Ashleigh Burr

2026-05-21	Pr*****	Hello, I simply asked for assistance because an important item to me was accidentally sucked up in the vacuum. It was the end of the night, and the cleaners were about to turn the vacuums off anyway. They did turn the vacuums off, and I stood there waiting for assistance to see how I could retrieve my item, but no one came over to help me. I proceeded to open the tank myself. My microfiber cloth fell down, so I was able to retrieve that item. However, the other item from my vehicle did not come out. I believe it may have become stuck in the hose. Each time I tried to get the attendants’ attention by looking or facing in their direction, they turned away and remained on the phone as if I was not standing there. When I drove off, she turned her back towards me turned while remaining on the phone. I would simply like to know if there is any way I could retrieve my item. Thank you.

2026-05-20	La*****	The location in Gainesville, Florida is ran by a manager that can never show up on time leaving Rose of cars waiting for him to show up so they can actually use the benefits that they’re paying for since apparently they can’t open the car wash without the manager being present. This doesn’t just happen randomly it happens very frequently. They need to replace the manager and get people who actually wanna work.
