It apparently erased all of my medical history in the data transfer my doctor office attempted. It also wouldn’t save my attempts at adding it all back in. And it seems like it finally delivered the doctor’s response to a message I sent about 3 weeks ago but I’m not sure as it won’t allow me to login or even provide me with the normal troubleshooting process steps like forgot username and or password. It just repeatedly attempts the facial scan I authorized and resets to the home page even though there’s been no drastic changes in my appearance over the last few weeks since I used it last maybe 3-4 weeks ago.
