Not user friendly. Constant error popups. Doesn’t track activity accurately. Extremely difficult to sync any device to it and set it to my own preference. Was forced to set to what app/Carefirst wanted.

They must have walked our employers through screenshots rather than a live demo of the app when they sold them on it. Good content and relevant stuff. But it takes a few tries. After shutting the app down and reopening several times you might get to what you’re looking for. Not exaggerating. I have not had one seamless experience yet. Very frustrating!!!
