It’s ok but could use improvements. The payment part where it shows your balance after putting in your pin or making a payment doesn’t stay on the page when you get out of the screen & switch to another app like to get your bank info so you have to write it down otherwise you’ll have to reput your pin again to go back to the balance or payment screen part. This is my 3rd transfer at Cortland Onion Creek in Austin, Texas & everytime after I transfer it doesn’t update to my new unit # and I start seeing maintenance request from the tenant living in my previous unit. The office has to end up opening a ticket to get it fixed. Now, i can’t even submit maintenance requests because every time i do, it gives me an error so I have to call instead, or go in person to the office. It’s kind of annoying.

I just moved in, notified Michele about a list of concerns I had, and almost everything was addressed within 2 hours. Based on previous experience with property managers, I couldn’t believe it. They deserve a lot of credit for caring about the residents and they back it up!
