AESApp: Experience Sampling

Daily mood tracker for AdMU students

[NOTE: This app is intended for use by students of Ateneo de Manila University. Users who are not students of Ateneo de Manila University will be unable to create an account.]

AESApp: Ateneo Experience Sampling App is a daily mood tracker created as part of a study to analyze and understand the emotional experiences of students of Ateneo de Manila University over time.

To use the app, you will receive a notification at a random time every day prompting you to record how you feel by answering a set of questions. The notification expires after 45 minutes, so you must answer the questions before it expires. If you miss the 45-minute time window, you can only answer again on the following day. Kindly answer the questions candidly.

The data from AESApp will be consolidated and then analyzed for patterns of emotional experiences as part of “Ateneo Student Emotional Life: An Experience Sampling Study”, a joint study between the Department of Information Systems and Computer Science, Department of Mathematics, and Department of Psychology of Ateneo de Manila University.
