2024-04-30	eS*****	Headset is comfortable, but loudest setting is still a bit low. Assumed app would have an option to override/increase max volume…. Of course the APP isn’t available as everyone has mentioned. The fact that the MFG hasn’t responded to these complaints is a huge red flag. Too many options out there, so not worth wasting time on a product that Managament doesn’t care about their customers.
