User reviews largely criticize the PeatsAudio app for reliability and UX. Repeated inability to connect or detect the buds; the app stays in a constant search state.
Frequent crashes, loading failures, and instability after updates.
Signup/verification issues, including activation code problems and timeout/network errors.
Unpolished, inconsistent UI and user experience; not a smooth or reliable interface.
Failure to recognize devices or custom-named devices as SoundPEATS.

Recent reviews

Worked somewhat before the update 2 days ago. After the update app totally stopped functioning- it keeps searching for the device and cannot detect it, you see nothing but continuous search animation on the screen. Useless garbage

The buds themselves are good, but the app is the worst ever. Make sure you set it up the way you want it when you first connect to the app. After that, I can’t get the app to open and make adjustments.
