2026-06-05	Mi*****	Fine, I have a 2.4Ghz network for devices. But this stupid device takes the cake. It only accepts 5 character passwords. 7 bytes. Seriously. In the day and age where everything is getting hacked I am supposed to change my password to 5 characters because one of 30 devices was implemented by engineers who are still learning. Sending this back. Update: developer response was to update to the latest iOS (way ahead of these clowns) or try an Android device. Seriously? None of my other 30 devices had this problem.

2025-11-10	Me*****	I recently purchased pet feeders and attempted to create an account. But no verification code was ever sent to my email, even after multiple tries. So I can’t even setup the feeders. I will most likely return the product and find something else that works properly.

2025-04-23	I’*****	Well I’ll probably have to throw the whole unit away since the app is the only way to program it, since the app has now completely stopped working and allowing me to log in. The app worked okay before it recently stopped working, but even still it would constantly log me out and I would then miss any updates anyway. Anyone who’s already bought the unit and came here to download the app, sorry about your waste of money.
