Fine, I have a 2.4Ghz network for devices. But this stupid device takes the cake. It only accepts 5 character passwords. 7 bytes. Seriously. In the day and age where everything is getting hacked I am supposed to change my password to 5 characters because one of 30 devices was implemented by engineers who are still learning. Sending this back. Update: developer response was to update to the latest iOS (way ahead of these clowns) or try an Android device. Seriously? None of my other 30 devices had this problem.

It won’t even connect the device so how the hell are we supposed to program it! What a complete scam! If you bought a product from these scam artists return it before your return window closes. I wouldn’t trust this trash ap to feed my babies. F this. And f them.

I recently purchased pet feeders and attempted to create an account. But no verification code was ever sent to my email, even after multiple tries. So I can’t even setup the feeders. I will most likely return the product and find something else that works properly.
