2026-07-21	re*****		I saw the sign with the QR after parking in hourly and figured I would try this. The app desperately needs major UI/UX work. It is not intuitive at all. I can’t find how to search for my car’s location based on license plate. It also does not function unless all permissions are enabled including location and motion. Clicking continue without enabling everything just forces you back to the privacy settings. The description makes it seem like these are optional permissions, but they are not. I just want to pull up my car’s location from the cameras, not have the app track how many steps and what direction I walked when I leave the car 🙄. It’s not an app that I want to be running and tracking location in the background all the time. Feels like this is an alpha/beta-level app released too soon. Hopefully the developers can work with actual BWI passengers for testing and make it usable and user-friendly. 2 stars instead of 1 because it is actually nice to see the number of available spaces per level, but that’s really the extent of functionality now.
