2026-05-15	Da*****	I visited this shop and requested "no ice" because I’m sensitive to cold drinks. I was told that choosing no ice meant I would only receive 70% of the cup's volume. It’s disappointing to see a brand penalize customers for a simple preference. I paid for a full drink, not a cup of ice with a side of tea.
