Cons: Promo/reward issues and invalid coupons, ordering flow defaults to pickup or fails, performance bugs (slow, freezing, broken scans), geo restrictions and stores disabling online ordering, and delivery/fulfillment problems with long waits and poor communication.

The app applied the discount initially, but then removed it after checkout, i even took the screenshot before placing it they still refuse to adjust the price

The app fuctionalities is just so confusing :( The cups are awful. Can't even described by words. :(( I think heytea's lifespan is almost there for sure.
