I waited days for this product, expecting the high-quality craftsmanship that SCHUTZ claims to offer, and this is what I get? Complete disappointment. To make matters worse, customer service does not seem to care at all about this issue. I paid a premium price expecting a durable, stylish product, and instead I got a cheap, fragile mess. Never again. This is unacceptable.

2025-12-05	Uk*****	This is my first time ordering directly from Schutz instead of going through Nordstrom. First, “Customer Service” routinely fails to answer their phone. Second, I called the Brooklyn store bc my email had crashed and I needed the order number for my too-tight shoes as well as a mailing label I never rec’d due to loss of 3 weeks of email. The manager tried really hard to help but had no idea how to get a shipping label to me because I had already started return online. Several phone calls later I gave up and decided to keep shoes and have them stretched so as not to lose $189.00!!! Pathetic!

This was my first time ordering directly from Schutz, and honestly, it has been the worst retail experience I’ve ever had. Here’s why: I created an account on their website and ordered a pair of boots. Then I was prompted to log into their app—but the app wouldn’t accept the password I had just created, so I had to create a new one. I ordered a second pair of boots through the app, and when I went back to the website to check the status of my first order, it automatically forwarded me to the app and logged me in. For the life of me,I still cannot locate my first order from the website. I’ve emailed Schutz and am still waiting on a response. Their app shows the second order as “fulfilled,” yet I have no tracking number, no email confirmation, nothing. At this point, I can’t see myself ordering from them again. I’m so disappointed.

2025-09-26	jm*****	I downloaded the app today. I was hoping to see the new fall shows. Instead I see a cartoon person wearing a parachute with a giant hole in it. The app will not open to the store. It’s just a big error. Very disappointing.

2025-01-22	Qu*****	Today was the first time I used the APP. It took me 4 tries to complete my order. The APP kept kicking me out. If I didn’t really need these boots for an upcoming event, I would have stopped trying after attempt 2. I pray the boots fit!!!
