But since I was introduced to this app, I now have the BEST audios at my fingertips. The facilitators are incredible and there are more options than I can ever want! I recommend this to anyone who wants expert Breathwork guidance right at their fingertips whenever they need it

It is easy to use, different instructors , also there are different times to chose from for those who like long or short time breath work. There are also different types of breath work from creativity to releasing anger. It also includes meditations which is a plus. I recommend and it is cost efficient.

Each session I release what’s not mine, unbuckle past trauma, hurts and pains of my human journey. I harmonize my body energetically and spiritually - I feel renewed and free after each session. I’m eternally grateful for beats and breath.
