2025-08-24	OS*****		Don’t get me started on the IT team that refuses to make the UI interactive and easy to access and use. The app itself doesn’t acknowledge your NBK account, it is like starting a separate service. The app is marketed to manage wealth, but it doesn’t deliver. I frequently have to call CS to help with NBK app glitches. Get a new CFO!
