NBK IBG Mobile Banking application provides you with easy, convenient and secure access to your bank accounts, with a wide range of transactions, services & money management features in a simple user-friendly interface. The application will enable you to manage your accounts from your smart device, either mobile or tablet. Whether you are an NBK customer or not yet, you can benefit from the different banking features available.

If you are an NBK IBG customer, and already registered to the Online Banking service, you can login using your same credentials. You will just need to pair the device with your Online Banking profile. Now, you can start using the mobile banking application smoothly and enjoy the following features:

• Checking your accounts, loans & Cards balances & transactions - Pay any due amounts for your loan/ Card in NBK or any other bank - Transfer between your accounts, other NBK accounts, local & international transfers - Check FX currency rates & calculate currencies - Send and Receive messages to & from the bank - Open new sub-accounts immediately - Book new TDs/ CDs immediately - Submit a quick Survey about the service

• View the credit cards (Main or Supplementary).

• Viewing credit cards transactions instantly.

• Instant credit cards settlement.

• Check out the “Finger Print” security feature!

If you are not an NBK customer yet, you can easily check out:

• The Bank “Contact Us” details - Locate your nearest NBK “Branch/ ATM” - Latest offered “Products” with the ability to apply for any of them - Read the service “Terms & Conditions” from the “Information” icon - Connect with the bank through its official “Social Media” pages/ links

The application is free to download, however standard wireless carrier data rates may apply. Please ensure you read and understand NBK Mobile Banking Terms & Conditions published on the bank website www.nbk.com and choose the required country.

يتيح لك تطبيق الوطني عبر الموبايل، إدارة حساباتك المصرفية بطريقة سهلة، مريحة وآمنة، من خلال مجموعة متنوعة من الخدمات والمعاملات الإلكترونية سهلة الاستخدام. سواء كنت عميلاً للبنك او لست عميلاً حتى الآن، مازال لديك الكثير من الخدمات المصرفية التي يمكنك الاستفادة منها.

اذا كنت عميل البنك، ومشترك بالفعل في خدمة الوطني عبر الانترنت، يمكنك استخدام نفس اسم المستخدم وكلمة السر للدخول للخدمة. كل ما عليك فعله هو ربط هاتفك الذكي بحسابك على خدمة الوطني عبر الانترنت، ثم بإمكانك البدء في استخدام الخدمة عبر تطبيق الموبايل. بعد دخولك إلى الحساب من خلال التطبيق، يمكنك التمتع بالخدمات التالية: :

• الاطلاع على أرصدة ومعاملات حساباتك، قروضك أو بطاقاتك
• دفع اي مستحقات عليك للقرض أو البطاقات الائتمانية سواء داخل البنك أو في بنوك أخرى
• تحويل الأموال بين حساباتك، أو حسابات أخرى داخل البنك، أو بنوك أخرى محلية/ دولية
• الاطلاع على صرف العملات مع إمكانية استخدام حاسبة العملات
• ارسال واستقبال رسائل آمنة من وإلى البنك
• فتح حسابات جديدة في الحال
• ربط شهادات أو ودائع في الحال
• تقديم استطلاع رأي عن الخدمة
• تحقق من خاصية البصمة لتسجيل الدخول
