Does not send OTP to my Viber and requires me to register again (which in itself requires OTP). End up not being able to access my account. So clunky!

Not user friendly and not designed with the customer in mind. Everything about this bank is about the convenience of the managers, the staff and the “insiders”. Very regrettable. Please place the focus on customers they are the reason you have a job.
