2024-08-13	No*****	I really like this app as it has a variety of different exercises and you can pick the ones that fit your goals the best. It also has great step-by-step instructions that are easy to follow. Would definitely recommend this app to my friends!

Very easy to use and user friendly :) I also appreciate the workouts/exercises -I’m so used to doing the same old workouts so it’s nice to do something else for a change! I also like how easy the video workouts are! It makes it easier to do these exercises in the comfortability of my own home! I definitely recommend this app to anyone who is trying to find a new workout or someone who doesn’t have time to go to the gym and needs an easy video exercise to follow along to.
