2026-07-07	Tr*****	I shouldn’t have to always set and change schedules and timers just to turn on my pump. This is a horrible app and not user friendly. To manually turn on your pump you have to change schedules, set manual timers, select dates. Why can’t I just select the pump and it run for “x” hours and then it resume my normal schedule? Why can’t I just manually turn on the chlorinator for a few hours if I know I have extra kids in the pool today without having to change schedules and everything? Oh then if you do turn it on manually your scheduled runs don’t automatically resume so unless you remember to reenabled your normal schedule then your system won’t run. I’ll be googling if there are other apps that will run this pump. Trash this app.

2025-03-20	Wi*****	This app is terrible. Every 2-3 days it loses the connection to the hot tub. Most times when you bring the app up it’s just a blank screen or the temperature ring is completely missing. Don’t buy an INTEX spa thinking you will control it with your phone, you will Spend more time reading the spa.

2025-03-20	Ro*****	When I can access the app, it works great! However, daily it just goes to white and I have to turn my phone off and back on to reset the app and access it. Really annoying. But I do love using it, when it’s working.

There is no information in the changelog/ AppStore if this app supports my product (which it apparently doesn’t) software updates for the pool are also not available. 2024-09-27	Do*****	Love this option, I can easily check the status of the tub and adjust my strategy. I would give 5 stars if within the app there was a dark option. It’s to bright for night time. Please add a dark mode option.

2024-08-31	Gi*****	App is very temperamental. Sometimes it works great, other times it doesn’t work at all. Temperature arc disappears from the app regularly. I’ve scheduled sanitation to come on at 2am every day, for three hours. Sometimes this works, other times it doesn’t. Once it came on at 2pm instead. 0200 is AM, 1400 is PM- how can it get that wrong? Other times the app itself appears to be working, the hot tub appears to be working, but the two aren’t really communicating with each other. App can’t really be trusted; needs work.
