I have been using the app for over a year, providing data every two weeks as requested. All of a sudden, when I get a reminder to input more data, and I go to the app to do it, I open the app and it just hangs there. On top of that, there is no way to contact the people who run the app to let them know there is a problem or to answer a question. Disappointing!

Oknipod 5 iOS was approved 1/23, a year and a half later…. Still waiting. Not to mention no support for G7. Is this a 1 person company or is it just filled willed with completely incompetent people. Spend the money you spend on DEI/Pride and put it into operations!!! Insulet/Omnipod is a JOKE and the product is already years outdated!!!
