2026-07-31	Sk*****	this is the worst app I've ever used. the interface is horrible, the code is sloppy and when you add a custom drink to your profile, it gets added to other profiles that you're sharing the machine with. You can't even edit a custom drink after you set it up. because of this pile of digital trash, we are returning the device. making a simple cup of coffee should not be this difficult. Don't waste your time with this horrible pile of hot garbage.

2026-05-31	je*****	I just purchased a DeLonghi Primadonna Aromatic. Both in the instructions and on the screen, it gives me a link to download this app. The says it was updated 3 weeks ago to 1.3.0. It looks like a developer pushed the application without the localization file. On the start up page, you see words like ‘welcom_page_company_logo_prefix_label’, ‘welcome_page_title’, ‘welcome_page_subtitle’, ‘welcome_page_register_button_text’, and ‘wecome_page_login_button_text’. While the buttons do work, it’s impossible to navigate. Please fix v1.3.0. When I click the link to app support, I get a 404 error.
