Lots of reviews conflate the app with the machine. Don’t get me wrong. I love my Eletta Explore espresso machine. But this app? Not so much. The app is mind-numbingly slow. It was a hassle to connect the app to my machine. When you do finally connect, the app has the model number and serial number right there, but you can’t register your machine in the app. Instead, you must go to the website and manually enter all these details that already exist in the app—using the SAME account login! Crazy! The app just creates all kinds of friction in the experience because of extremely poor design and execution. After I finish the arduous task of configuring my machine, I know I will rarely use this app.
