I got my Birdfy bird feeder back on May for Mother’s Day ! And all I’ve had is problems after problems! It’s expensive for it to have issues all the time ! Very disappointing.

App is Not user friendly. Nothing working on app. Used to have free lifetime ai. My camera broke and I didn’t notify until just outside of warranty. Wouldn’t replace unit even though you could tell it hadn’t been used. I bought new feeder with camera. They don’t sell camera separate. Wasteful since my feeder is fine. Gave me 30 % off. Received quickly but now don’t get ai. Complained about app not working to upgrade and gave me 3 months. Used to have lifetime. Not satisfied at all. Customer service is non - existent.
