Just didn’t work. I followed all the steps multiple times and rebooted the device. I was on the chat for more than an hour. The device just would not identify the QR code from the app. This involve me going into a dark room, turning up screen as bright as possible, making sure all stickies and adhesive were off, and talking to two different agents. I also use a separate phone in case it was my camera. None of these things worked. And it took a long time customer services helpful but the in-app chat has quite a delay.
