Hi, could you please respond to this review? I purchased the lifetime Premium plan last year, but I still don’t have access to the Premium features on my phone. I also tried logging in again on my phone and computer, but the app is asking me to purchase Premium again. I’ve tried contacting your support team, but the contact page in the app is blocked, so I haven’t been able to reach anyone. Could you please let me know another way to contact your support team so this issue can be resolved? Thank you.

Apple recently made updates that do not allow some features to work. I paid for a lifetime subscription and BlockerX refused to give me a refund. I would not purchase this!
