I love that you can do video calls to chat with someone basically in person to answer any questions that you have. The app is easy to use and the customer service is amazing. 2022-03-15	Th*****	The app is fairly good and functions as it should, with a significant exception-scanning a business-size check almost always results in an error where the app states you’ve scanned the front twice, and demands you rescan both sides and resubmit. Doing this 5-6 times each check only to have the app finally accept the scam but submit it for further review is a pain. The previous version had no such issues.
