AREV VAITALITY

The AREV VAITALITY app connects you with your wellness plan from Dr. AL. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Dr. AL patient, you will receive the specific content of your wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your provider. Communicate with Dr. AL's team in real time through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app is integrated with the Apple HealthKit. Choose to share your steps, calories expended and other data directly with the app. You can turn on the HealthKit integration under Settings and select the data types you'd like to share with the app.

Intuitive Design

The AREV VAITALITY app is designed specifically for Dr. AL patients, and you can't use the app unless you're a patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Dr. AL uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
