The Vitality.me connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Vitality Medical Wellness Institute. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Vitality Medical patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with Vitality Medical. Communicate with Vitality Medical in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages.

This app includes an integration with the Apple Health app. You can choose to share your weight, steps, and other parameters with the Vitality.me app.

Intuitive Design

The app is designed specifically for Vitality Medical patients and you can't use the app unless you're a Vitality Medical patient already in their care. Use the app on your iPhone or iPad. Vitality Medical uses an admin web-based portal where they can tailor the program to your needs, monitor your progress, and communicate with you directly.
