How It Works:

• Scan the encrypted decal on the machine or equipment with our App, this pulls your machine data.
• Click “Yes” if the machine is Operational or “No” if it is not. (We Prioritize down equipment)
• Describe the issue by typing it in or you can talk to text to inform us of the problem.
• Take up to two good photos of the actual part, leak, dashboard code, etc. for us
• Hit Send and the request is immediately with our team to take action.
• With good photos of the issue our technicians can plan before coming to your site.
• In 45 Seconds or less you can give our team what we need for a successful service call.
• You will receive email confirmation of the service call you placed.
