User Reviews

The game is loved for its fun, addictive core that keeps players engaged and returning for months. However, reviews repeatedly flag monetization and ads as major downsides, with many experiencing bugs and loading issues that disrupt play. Progression is often tied to spending, and time-gated difficulty compounds frustration. Collectively, players praise the core gameplay but caution that paywalls and technical problems heavily color the experience.
Pros
  • Fun and addictive gameplay that keeps players coming back.
  • Strong long-term appeal; many reviewers call it their favorite and say they’ve played for months or years.
  • Engaging core gameplay with appealing progression and rewards.
Cons
  • Heavy monetization and pay-to-win pressure: progress often requires spending diamonds/coins to beat levels.
  • Excessive ads and ad bombardment: ads after nearly every round and various pop-ups.
  • Technical issues and bugs: freezing, infinite loading screens, and progress not saving across sessions (including after reinstall).
  • Difficulty/time-gating: levels become almost impossible to complete without spending money and time gates slow progression.
  • High upgrade costs and steep in-app prices that frustrate players who don’t want to spend money.

Honestly it could have been a good game if they would have been fair with the gameplay … their intension is to earn through the ads ,so they intensionally timed the levels in a way that you have to spend either money or watch adds to pass it. But even after doing so you cannot and you are stuck like the costumers in line gets impatient and you cant do nothing but wait since the customers at the table are not done eating so that way you are loosing time and nothing you can do and they leave angry since time is up and challenge is that you cannot loose customer 😎 …. not recommended at all …

I love this game. I use to play it but deleted the app off my phone a few years ago and couldn’t remember why. Since then, I found the game again and decided to redownload it and play it again. I have been playing it for a few months now. Since then, I have been brutally reminded as to WHY I deleted the game from my phone in the first place. The amount of COINS the upgrades cost is a bit ridiculous. The upgrades are anywhere from 2000-6000 coins BUT the amount of coins you could get from playing and beating ONE level is SIGNIFICANTLY lower! The upgrades needed on the most recent level I’m playing is a total of 5000 coins, but the required amount needed to pass the level is only 777…. It would be great if the coins you earned from playing the previous restaurants extra levels would contribute towards the coins you could be using at the current restaurant you’re at.

The game is actually pretty great! I just gave it two stars to try to get attention in an issue I am having. I had to factory reset my phone and when I got it back up and running and redownloaded the game I had to sign back in via Facebook as that was where it said. It brought all my stuff back….but now I can’t play. It won’t let me click anything on the screen like it is frozen. UPDATE: The game actually updated the next day and is now working great!!!
