Diner Fever：Cooking Game

I really enjoy this game – it's very engaging and a lot of fun, and I truly want to keep playing it. However, I keep running into a frustrating issue that prevents me from progressing. After reinstalling the game, I log in with my account successfully, but my previous progress is not restored. Sometimes a pop-up appears showing my old level and asks me to load the save. But when I click "Confirm" or "Load," the game freezes for a few seconds, then starts me from Level 0 / Tutorial with no progress loaded at all. It feels like the load function fails and the game forces a new save as a fallback. This happens every single time I reinstall. It's really frustrating because I want to continue playing and enjoy the content, but this bug keeps ruining my experience. I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this issue and fix it. The game has great graphics. cute game that I want to enjoy but it’s just too darn hard. There’s also too many tasks or challenges. It’s overwhelming. I would definitely not say that it is relaxing. It has potential!
