Pros
- All-in-one tinnitus management toolkit (soundscapes, activities, meditations, CBT, videos, podcasts) for coping with tinnitus.
- Access to professional consultations and coaching with Dr. Fabrice Bardy and other audiologists.
- Reported real benefits in daily life, including relief, reduced tinnitus impact, and improved quality of life.
- Evidence-based content and education (science behind tinnitus, CBT, mindfulness) to empower users.
- Neuromodulation tones and diverse sound options that some users find highly effective.
Cons
- Technical reliability issues, notably Tinnebot session lockups that disrupt progress.
- Frequent login/logout prompts requiring re-authentication and password inconvenience.
- Pricing concerns and perceived auto-renew pressure or cash-grab objections.
- Some content is long or not tightly focused, with podcasts and lectures feeling overly lengthy.
- Onboarding/UI friction and device-specific UI problems (e.g., Next button visibility on small screens).
Recent reviews
Unfortunately, the Tinnebot part of this app has been locking up on a regular basis. It happens in the middle of a session and then the only thing to do is start over. I’ve been using the app a week after paying for it and the lock ups have happened four or five times. To maintain progress you have to complete a session so I’ve had to go back and do each of these Tinnebot sessions a couple of times to get through.
While I like the app overall, I wish there was less reliance on Tinnebot. Besides the lock ups the other issue is that Tinnebot asks open ended questions but doesn’t really use what you say in a way that modern AI would be expected to. You can type gibberish and it will still plow ahead. The concept of an AI assistant is very promising, but the current Tinnebot implementation is too old school scripted and mechanical.

This app has several different items that are helpful in controlling your thought patterns around tinnitus. The soundscapes, activities, meditations, and video call with a tinnitus specialist are good
tools to use in dealing day to day with your tinnitus.
