ConnectUC is a capable all-in-one cloud-based system that helps separate work from private calls and uses a business number. Reviewers praise the modern, intuitive UI and reliable core calling/texting when it works, plus active updates. However, issues include stability problems off WiFi; missing features like text search, robust spam blocking, and two-factor authentication; call/CarPlay gaps (dedicated ringtone, Caller ID); and admin/workflow friction (sign-out doesn’t fully disable calls; some settings require a web portal).

Recent reviews

App works well. Will drop a call if you switch from WiFi to cellular but I think that is pretty common across the board. Like that they make improvements pretty regularly adding new features.
