Started learning yoga via Yoga with Adriene on YouTube back around 2017/2018 or so. Eventually found Breathe and Flow on YouTube and it felt like a great way to progress. The app has not disappointed. Nice to have everything organized in a dedicated space. Well worth the cost if you don’t mind practicing at home by yourself. It’s just like their YouTube channel, but more comprehensive. Nice having the app as a reminder on the front page of my phone to practice regularly as well.
