2026-07-03	Er*****	App is mostly marketing trying to sell me the product. I already bought it, just stop!!! I purchased a membership for the videos, but literally can’t get one video from the app. Just puts me in a perpetual loop for login, and then shows ,y receipt showing I did indeed pay, but can’t access any videos!!! Other reviews show this has been a problem for years. They need to fix and/or refund any membership costs. Product is great, app and videos are terrible.

2026-04-27	Th*****	The app isn’t really made for streaming on devices like Apple TV or an iPad which makes it really challenging to use and watch the videos while using the Castle Flexx. The very first two videos for beginners is literally split in half and just start/stop abruptly. It should just be one video. I’ve spent more time trying to get logged in and play a video to the point where it’s not even worth the money!! I paid for a year subscription and it’s awful. I’m immediately turned off by the whole thing. Absolutely terrible!! Stay far, far away from this company! Don’t buy any of their products. Their customer service is also the worst!!! After I gave CastleFit a 1 star review they offered me a 40% refund if I would change my review!

2026-01-04	Ja*****	Not sure what they are thinking with the app. You might as well go to their website as this is not a Mobile app. For 1, I'm not looking to buy more products, I JUST bought a subscription to the classes and just want to use the videos that I subscribed to. I click on the castlefit login and classes login and I'm taken to my orders upon sign in and then when I move to go back I have to sign in again. Not user friendly and is very frustrating. If I could give negative stars, I would. Might cancel my subscription. They need 2 different apps if they want to push product and 1 dedicated to the videos!!

2025-09-22	Ja*****	Each video is split into numerous parts. So about 8 minutes into a class, mid stretch the video abruptly ends and you have to start the next video to continue the clsss. Frustrating.

2025-04-07	Ca*****	The new app they just released/ updated is soooo much better than the original. Now i can mirror and stream and tap into my classes anytime. Before you couldnt, now you can. So its now 5 stars as of April 2025!

2024-07-16	Tz*****	App is counter intuitive. Online classes are impossible to get access to. The Product help link has yet to work for me. It freezes everytime I select it to get help. I cannot contact anyone for a refund on my purchase. I don’t suggest using this app.
