Amovan Ring

I ordered the ring in silver, but I received a black one instead. I still tried to test it to see if the app would recognize the ring while I waited for the correct color, but it didn’t work. I didn’t worry too much at the time since it was the wrong color anyway and I had already requested a return. I followed all the setup steps and fully charged the ring. Today, I finally received the correct one in silver, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve tried everything — reinstalling the app, turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting my phone, and even trying it on my husband’s phone — and nothing works. The ring shows that it’s charging, but it won’t connect or function. At this point, I’m not sure if the issue is with the app or the ring itself. I’m really disappointed and would appreciate help resolving this issue.

The AMOVAN app is very user-friendly and easy to use, and the tracking data from the ring is also quite accurate.

I can't add my gender, height, etc etc. Is that a bug?? I can't change any personal information.
