2024-03-06	BD*****	Encountered an issue. This maybe a bug in the app. The app sent my bill payment twice. The first one went successfully. The other there is no log for successful payment. BDO already deducted the amount from my account. I contacted BDO customer service 4 days ago via email but no response.
