The Agent can’t answer the questions I asked. Also she’s dying to end the conversation and the issue is not resolved. The procedure is not explained very well. She made a report the issue then have me waiting for another 7 days to receive a resolution. Just a resolution. And maybe few more days for them to fix an easy problem. Compared to other banks, BDO online services is way way worse. Actually, the worst. Since I cannot do online services, I withdrew all my money and transferred it to another bank. I will not engage with any BDO online transactions.

I’ve been trying to transfer money to another BDO account for about 2 days now and it still wont work. It just logs me out with an automated error message “for your security, we’ve logged you out due to inactivity”. I’m in the US this last 3 years and lately this online transfer issue is becoming worse. I don’t know whats going but i need help or i’ll probably consider another bank if this continues to be a problem. This app is very inconsistent.
