If login issues occur, follow the reset steps to create a new password, which syncs across the BDO Online site and the BDO Pay app.

I dont write reviews often, but i am compelled to write this. I am a software developer and i can assure you this company does not QA the app effectively. Being able to perform sanity tests on basic functions such as transfer should be P0. Fix this BDO!! If you are not ready to go PRODuction, then allow us to use the webapp at least! I am now stuck and i need to send money. Is the ProjectManager even reading this? Is the Head of IT even use this app?
