2026-08-01	Ju*****	I was loving the game until about a week ago. Trying to merge in the new town and 3 times now just when it’s about to merge a new character it all disappears. I’m done. I went through help and wrote to the creators of the game and for a week there has been no response.

2026-07-21	El*****	After last update adding a new town the game freezes and is glitch. In the new town there is a second character that has a plane that you are supposed to transfer from town to town. IT DOES NOT WORK! All you get is a hand moving a silver coin that goes back and forth. Repeatedly and you can’t stop it. Even after ending game then restarting it won’t stop.

2026-04-04	Sw*****	The last update asks me to sign in with my apple account and when I do it take me back to level 19 , but this is not my current level I was already on the max level , this is not the first time this is happening to me and you never helped me I can’t deal with this anymore , am deleting this game , it’s not worth my time anymore

2024-10-19	I’*****	I absolutely love this game but the zoo part won’t allow me to unlock no more animals and I’m so sad about it I think it’s a technical issue I hope they can fix it soon really sad about it,this is why I haven’t opened my chests.
