I was loving the game until about a week ago. Trying to merge in the new town and 3 times now just when it’s about to merge a new character it all disappears. I’m done. I went through help and wrote to the creators of the game and for a week there has been no response.

After last update adding a new town the game freezes and is glitch. In the new town there is a second character that has a plane that you are supposed to transfer from town to town. IT DOES NOT WORK! All you get is a hand moving a silver coin that goes back and forth. Repeatedly and you can’t stop it. Even after ending game then restarting it won’t stop.
