The trail is ok but ask u to purchase to unlock more features. Error 90% of the time. Not magically give u enough sleep like u think.

App doesn’t feel very intuitive compared to some others. It’s nice, don’t get me wrong. But in attempt to use it, there are functions that need better explanations and the only way to get “help,” is a virtual assistant that doesn’t ever answer your question so the next opportunity to get something resolved is a email that they’d respond too 48 hours later. Needs a live chat line to support those who are needing more instruction. I want to love the app completely. It just has some fixing to do and the fact that you are paying for the extra benefits of a sleep expert, the opportunity to have a 1v1 session is impossible to get.

This app is so amazing and so helpful. I’ve had the toughest time figuring out a sleep schedule for my baby and then he’s gotten overtired and it gets worse. I was desperate when I downloaded this app, and within a few days, my baby goes to sleep within 10 minutes and taking 1-2 hour naps at a time. He’s happier and I’m happier. This is amazing, thank you so much!!
