2026-06-30	El*****	This may be the worst “gas station with grille” app ever designed. We didn’t want to cook. My wife was on her way home from work. She could go to QT, but we have fuel points and she needed gas. I looked online to find the Fast & Fresh menu. Striking out everywhere, I checked the HyVee app. No luck there, but the search function on the iPhone showed that there’s a Fast & Fresh app. So I downloaded it. It forced me to sign in. Again. Even though I’m signed in on the HyVee app. So after I signed in, the only information available in the app was locations, the price of gas at my chosen location, and what deals they’re running. Still no menu, no way to order ahead, not even information about the “grille” being in the store. This is AWFUL. This is not how this kind of business operates. You can tell that this is an add-on to their core grocery business and they’re actually afraid of it. I guess I shouldn’t be that surprised, though. The HyVee grocery app isn’t that great to begin with. There’s a lot to like about HyVee, but they are incompetent at shopping apps.

2025-10-12	kh*****	I made an online order for the one on Blair’s ferry. When I got there I was told they can’t do online orders. If you can’t do online orders at that location why is it an option? They charged my bank account $18.22. I didn’t get what I ordered so I want a refund. No one has gotten back to me yet.

2024-12-17	Vi*****	They had ads all over the stores and c stores that there would be new free items every week. They don’t offer those, but the signs are still up saying they do. I asked and they said they were instead moving to a discount option with select items.

2024-12-17	Me*****	I went to sign up in the app and the buck stopped there. Obviously the app isn’t working, so the free slice of pizza offer for signing up is a hoax. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it still would not allow me to complete the sign up. Leave it to Hy-Vee to screw things up yet again. It is becoming one of my least favorite stores due to the many pricing errors and misleading advertising, now this. Update: The app now freezes immediately after logging in.

2024-09-28	oo*****	I do like the free weekly items. I also like that I can access my perks card and show it to the cashier, instead of pulling out my physical card or giving them my phone number. I do understand why it needs to turn up my screen brightness, so the card scans easily, but it does not return my phone to the brightness I previously set when I am done showing the code to scan. The Hy-Vee app also turns up my brightness, but when I go off of the screen, showing my card scan, it returns my phone to its original brightness, so I know it is possible. Please fix.
