I have been using the service for a year now and, unfortunately, it rarely works well. Racks are often empty. When they are not empty, the bikes are often “not available” when you attempt to rent them. And when you can rent a bike, it usually has some sort of issue (bad brakes, malfunctioning battery, app communication issues, etc.). I’m not sure if the business needs to raise prices because it seems they cannot maintain their fleet under their current budget. Over the year I have been a customer, the service has diminished significantly. I would love to see it improve and become reliable—even if that means it needs to cost more.

2024-08-04	ho*****	You need to spend €1 to sign up for an account. You can’t rent without an account. And after you pay the fee, you need to get a subscription to ride a bike which is horrible if you want to use it once or twice on a trip. SCAM
